metal notebook

This notebook is made from a recycled folder, recycled white paper, and tied with hemp. The outside is covered with aluminum tape (you can find this at the hardware store in the plumbing section). To finish, you can sand to give a rough look- be sure to fold all tape edges and cover, as this tape is sharp and can cut your fingers. I finished the inside of mine using a double stick page and decorative paper, along with a tag on the front I attached with an eyelet. This is great to cover those composition notebooks with as well.

That is so cool! How creative. Is the eyelet easy to use? Do you just poke a hole?
