GOODBYE

Hello, I have been doing this blog for almost a year now and I have come to my last post for a while. For those of you who were curious of what I was doing with projects, I hope this gave you some insight. For those of you who were "followers", left me comments and feedback, thank you very much, I appreciate all the words given to me. For those just into some arts, crafts, and cooking, I hope this gave you some ideas to use. And for those of you that like quotes, I hope this gave you some inspiration. This was a fun adventure for me, but my daily goals have now changed. It is time for me to move on to other things and nurture other parts of my creativity. Until our paths cross again, goodbye and thank you!

journals

I love notebooks and always have a few with things in them. How many journals you have going on at a time and what for? ...for to do/grocery lists, for quotes, for daily writing (journaling or diary), for bucket lists, for traveling, for food... Cheers to notebooks!
Here's some around my place, the top row are handmade or altered. The bottom row are new and awaiting the written word.

more mail art

Mail art is a worldwide cultural movement that began in the early 1960s and involves sending visual art (but also music, sound art, poetry, etc.) through the international postal system. Mail Art is also known as Postal Art or Correspondence Art. The term networking is often used to describe Mail Art activities, based on the principles of barter and equal one-to-one collaboration. After a peak in popularity in the late 1980s and early 1990s, the Mail Art phenomenon has gradually migrated to the Internet, whose “social networks” were largely anticipated and predicted by the interactive processes of postal collaborations. Nevertheless, Mail Art is still practiced in the new Millennium by a loose planetary community involving thousands of mail artists from the most varied backgrounds.(Wikipedia)
Here's some fun mail I got this week.
